Anglo Cyprus Homes Ltd is one of the fastest growing development companies operating in North Cyprus, working on joint venture developments with Turkish Cypriot partners throughout North Cyprus.

The property market in North Cyprus is currently probably the most rapidly developing property market in the world. Despite various propaganda and mis-information from the Greek Cypriot South of the country, the market is growing dynamically and prices are likely to double within the next 3-4 years.

We are looking for someone to work in our brand new UK sales office in London, N17 as part of a key team of 3 people. You will be handling enquiries from people, responding to leads generated from our website, exhibitions or advertising. Your official title will be ‘Customer Service Executive’ rather than ‘Sales Executive’, which underlines the company’s philosophy of helping customers and guiding them gently to a sale rather than using aggressive hard sale techniques.

After a trial period in our London Office, we will send you on a short trip to North Cyprus and help you to learn as much about the country, culture and investment and property opportunities there, as possible.

We will also explain to you about the Land Title issues in a way that you can explain to our potential customers so that they can make an informed decision.

The person we are looking for is intelligent, bouncy and self-motivated. You will need to be able to work as a team but also have the ability to drive yourself and will need to be flexible in the hours that you are working. From time to time you may need to go to North Cyprus or alternatively to travel to different areas of the UK to help us man our stands in national property exhibitions.

This job is hard work and often demanding. At times it will also be frustrating but most of the time it should be fun and very satisfying.

You will have a basic salary with the potential to earn over £50,000 pa if your performance is on target.
